Help Wanted: Performance Parts Sales & Internet Specialist and mechanical person for product development

We have 2 areas we would like to improve: First is need for a smart, enthusiastic car person with a passion for high-performance vehicles? Do you have the drive to build strong relationships and potentially lead our online presence?

Our established company, in business in Alexandria, VA, started as Electrodyne Ince in 1966 and transformed all automotive operations into RACING DYNAMICS. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team! We manufacture and sell performance accessories to dealer/distributor customers already established in the performance automotive aftermarket segment.

What You Will Do:
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our established high-performance parts dealer/distributor customers.
• Performance Expertise: Become a self-starter who actively learns about performance parts, and how they are sold and installed. Work with our customer base to show our products on their website and help them obtain orders.
• Computer Work: Document most activities through computer terminals, contribute to our weekly customer newsletters, and maintain our websites and product information.

Opportunity for Internet/Digital Leadership:
For the right person with the correct background and experience, this role will also oversee our internet presence and sales promotions, including:
• Managing Search Engine efforts.
• Overseeing eBay stores.
• Creating and distributing customer newsletters.
• Managing any other aspects of our sales promotion efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Self-Starter: Must be highly motivated and able to take initiative.
• Automotive Interest: A strong interest in the automotive aftermarket business segment, particularly in performance.
• Computer Skills: Required for documentation, website work, and newsletter production.
• Experience is Very Important: We are looking for candidates with relevant prior work experience and knowledge in this field. Minimum 2-5 years.

2nd position is for a person with hands on mechanical skills for warehouse and product development. Our business is BMW, Mini and Porsche performance accesories. We need a mechanical oriented person to work on parts and prototype ideas on new ideas; learn some processes for product producing, modifying and inspecting incoming productions from our fabrication partners.
